Our AI provider: Anthropic
We use Anthropic's Claude API to power our AI analysis. Anthropic operates a zero data retention policy on API requests — your prompts, analytics data, and responses are not stored, logged, or used for any purpose after processing.
Anthropic is contractually bound to never use customer data to train, improve, or fine-tune any AI models. This is enforced at the API level, not just by policy.
Only aggregated and anonymized analytics context is sent to the API — raw PII never leaves our database because it was already hashed on ingestion.
