We are Juttuco OÜ, doing business as Product Analyst AI ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), registered in Estonia at Veskiposti 2, Kesklinna linnaosa, Kesklinna, 10138 Harju maakond, Estonia (VAT: EE102722024). We operate productanalyst.ai and our Slack app ("Services"), which provides AI-powered product analytics.

By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Our services

Product Analyst AI lets you query product analytics data in natural language via Slack and receive automated metric alerts. Services are intended for users 18 and older.

2. Intellectual property

All content, code, and marks in the Services are owned by or licensed to Juttuco OÜ. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of the Services without our written permission.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You must not reverse-engineer the platform, violate applicable law, or misuse it in ways that harm other users or our infrastructure.

4. Your data

You own your analytics data. We process it only to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights to any data you upload or stream to the platform.

5. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juttuco OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you at your account email before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
